New to Jenn? A consultation is the best first step for color, corrections, big changes, or if you’re not sure what to book. Jenn will talk through your hair history, current condition, inspiration, lifestyle, maintenance comfort, and budget direction before recommending the right service path.

Is consultation required?
Yes. A consultation is required for all new guests booking a color service and for existing guests seeking a significant color change.
What should I bring?
Bring inspiration photos if you have them, and be ready to talk through previous color, chemical services, box color, at-home treatments, and maintenance expectations.
Cancellation policy
Jenn requires 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or no-shows may be charged 20–30% of the scheduled service total, with exceptions handled case by case.
